Partners' right and duties

What will consist our partnership?

With our common political program, our partners will benefit of:

• of a government agreement that will be signed with all partners and allies
• a common campaign strategy: approaching method, sensitizing, militants mobilization speech
• of a quality label based on the spirit of the defense of the Congo unity and integrity: "Unic" will be the mark of the Congolese unity - it will appear next to the name of the partner organization: "Mr X, Mrs Y - Partner's organization name - Candidate endorsed by Unic"
• a pooling of the campaign means - scale economy on the realization of candidate posters and advertisements. Candidate will be value as member of winning team "Unic" instead of standing alone in this immense territory.

Partners duties

The partner agrees:

1. to unite their forces with all political parties, non profit organizations, associations, and all the nations work forces committed to guarantee security, peace and territorial integrity of the RDC
2. to contribute and create the conditions of harmonization of their political program with those of other Unic’s partners
3. to joint their election campaign strategy at all level with Unic’s global strategy
4. to avoid discrimination practice against women and to guarantee their representation into their group
5. to guarantee to each entity represented within the movement, their representation at all levels
6. to comply with Unic’s organization internal rules defined for the distribution and attribution of the elective mandates
7. to come along with Unic’s dynamics in its evolution and its opening to all Congolese willing to join us lately to reinforce our alliance
8. to contribute effectively on sharing of relevant information through the movement and its partners
9. to contribute to the best of their efforts to the establishment of Unic movement all over the country
10. to respect the statutes and the internal rules of the movement Unic
11. to guarantee our minority partners voices
12. to respect the diversity inside the movement and its commitment not minimizing nor discrediting other partners because of its size and of its prevalence in the movement
13. to overcome its own interests for the common interest by adopting a constant policy of dialogue, concession and active co-operation in the search consensus
14. to respect all Unic’s partners specificities
15. not to break this contract during the election time, the partner willing to leave the movement will assume the burning and consequences resulting of such decision
16. not to claim to take over the movement Unic in its own benefit to the detriment of other partners, after the elections
17. not to claim the name of "Unic" which belongs to its founders and could not be yielded to one of the partners
18. to control the "use" of the label "Unic" by their candidates who did not obtained the consent of the electoral mandates attribution commission
19. to participate in the negotiation on the formation of a new political party if the majority of partners wish to create it in respect with Unic’s statutes
20. to invest itself in the apprenticing of democracy and management rules. Learn power sharing according to established rules within our organization and its statutes and internal rules
21. not to use of the name of Unic in the event of dissolution except other provision made by the congress at the time of the general assembly ruling especially for this purpose
