Our message, for a new breath and a true change in DRC with a rupture with the past, is:
We have the right to hope that we will get off this crisis period and this trip to Hell will end. We have a better vision for our country's reconstruction and development.
For a better future, we must work together today on new bases, to offer to our children a better future than what are experiencing nowadays.

Dear friends of the DRC,
Since the ninety's year the democracy trend which take place in some African countries after the fallen of the Berlin wall, has produced no effect in the DRC. The country experienced the longest transition period that last almost 14 years now. Congolese people are living in an indescribable misery even if the country is said to be potentially « rich ».
The country asset is really huge but DRC is suffering of its current political leaders lack of vision and leadership. Political leaders are simply not aware of their duties for the wellness of the Congolese people and our partners mutual interest.
Was it necessary to kill 3,5 to 5 million to get to this result?
DRC has just getting over a rebellion war which killed over 3,5 millions people. Even the war for the independence of the country from the Belgium in 1959 and 1960 did not cause that many victims. This war has not only destroyed the country economy and social infrastructures all over the country but allowed the illegal exploitation of the Congolese natural resources.
The destabilization of the Great Lakes Region since the 1994 Rwanda's genocide has an important impact on the economy of the DRC. More than 3 millions refugees arrived in eastern part of the Congo in Kivu region. There is no doubt about the Congolese hospitality.
A new transition
The Congolese government and rebels reached an agreement in December 2002 in Sun City, South Africa. This agreement led to a unified government to manage the transition period up to the year 2005 general election in the country. The transition period is led by the President Joseph Kabila and assisted with four Vice-presidents - among them two are representing rebellion groups (Rassemblement Congolais pour la démocratie - RCD, Mouvement de Liberation du Congo - MLC ), one for the former government and another one for the political opposition group. None of these groups have the popular legitimacy. Majority of the Congolese people do not recognize these leaders. They proved a lack of vision, leadership, management ability and a well sense of governorship.
Our partners have lost their confidence in investing in our country. The country has lost its dignity and its respectability. We need to start a new era. Together, we can restore our pride, our dignity and our respectability. The country need a "true leadership" that only our organization will provide.
The future elections are a chance for us to end with the absence of popular legitimacy in the power. This is a major handicap when the country needs majors decisions to be taken for the good of our destiny.
Change is essential
Our country, very weakened by successive civil wars needs to breath and recover peace. Therefore we need action.
We must act
Any action must start with our real unification. That's why we launched the movement for "Congolese National Unity and Integrity" that we call "Unic".
Unic may stand for United Congo.
Our aim is a true reunification of our nation, its reconstruction and its total development. At Unic we defend the Nation Unity, the Country Independence, and the integrity of the DRC.
