Dr. George Alula have been elected to fulfil Unic's objectives: accomplish the Congolese unity and defend the country's integrity. George Alula has completed his initial education from elementary school to high school degree in DRC. He has a particularity of having obtained his Engineering degree in Belgium, his Doctorate degree in France and of being an Entrepreneur in the United States of America.

George has a proven track record of management in some large and worldwide corporate. His international experience enables him to be the best interlocutor of our country’s partners all over the world. He is the most effective leader understanding the international stakes around the DRC.

Which leader the DRC needs ?

Our country needs a leader on whom they can rely on. A leader who have a vision, a remote glance on the future of the DRC and who knows:

• to define plan for the country's durable development
• how to match individual interest with the country's general interest
• to boost the entrepreneurship and rule by easing businesses exchanges between country's major and minor actors even inside or outside of the country
• to solve problems without avoiding them
• to face the challenges of this millennium: high technology, AIDS, illiteracy, rural development, urbanization
• to restore confidence of our partners through his credibility and leadership
• to manage the country's decision makers in their daily duties
• to lay down the management policies: follow-up and control of the country's institutions as well as various aspects of the national issues
• to arbitrate conflicts
• to dialogue as well with its partners or with the opposition group
• to invent tailored solutions in face of the DRC specific problems
• to value himself through our fellow citizen achievements and encourage them with country's recognition
• to respect human being and their basic rights and universal value
• to add value to the national resources in various fields
• to develop the trades, the craft industry and the entrepreneurship
• to transform our society mined by a informal system towards a well organized system according to the standard of development tested and proven elsewhere in the world
• to make the best decisions in favour of immigrant's integration in our development effort
• to respect his word in the commitments entered into on behalf of our country.
